The OEM suspension of the Lotus Emira works pretty decent for daily driving on road, but is very much limited regarding driveability on tracks as well as concerning adjustments for a perfect setup. On higher speeds (and of course on driving on trackdays), it also tends to a some kind of indifferent driving behaviour and is sometimes responsible for an unpleasant rolling of the car. For heavy trackdays or racing, the OEM suspension is not suitable at all because on braking at turns, the rear end tends to break out suddenly (snap oversteer) which can cause very dangerous situations.

The JUBU spec Ohlins TTX suspension/damper kit fixes this problem and transforms every Emira to a perfect trackday- or racing-tool. It has been developed in cooperation with Ohlins suspensions, based on the specs of the Emira V6. We've gained lots of test data for this model during intense testing with our mule-car on various tracks all around Europe. It is produced directly at an Ohlins suspensions partner, exclusively for JUBU Performance.

All the testing and fine-tuning has been done by our professional test-driver. This is why this suspension kit offers a really well balanced and precise driving behaviour with plenty of possibilities for individual adjustments as well as outstanding traction for any Emira V6. It is available in 2 different variants (2-way or 3-way adjustible) and in 3 different Pre-Setups. The Pre-Setup "Tracksport" is ideal for using on trackdays, but focus mor on basic road driving capabilities, the "Race" Pre-Setup is perfect for trackday/racing but very limited for road use. The Pre Setup "Ultimate race full spec" is perfect for races/trackdays and still driveable on the road. The "Ultimate race full spec" is more road/street useable that the "Race" depends on the blow of valve in the front dampers and the HF piston in the rear dampers.
