For a superior performance on roads and tracks, an optimized aero balance is essential. Depending on setup, tyres, suspension, driving style, characteristics of the road or track, etc., a higher or lower downforce on the rear axle is necessary. Unfortunately, the Lotus OEM brackets of the Cup 430 wing do not offer any options for adjustments, the wing (and its angle of attack) is fixed in one position - a precise setup of the downforce on the rear axle is not possible with the OEM brackets/stays.

 

The 8-step adjustable JUBU wing stays + brackets for the OEM Lotus Cup 430 wing (and compatible wings) resolve this problem and make a precise adjustment of the aero balance of the car possible. With the JUBU 8-step stays/brackets, the angle of attack of the wing can be precisely adjusted in steps of 1,33° (4 steps more aggressive than OEM, 1 step OEM, 3 steps less aggressive than OEM). With this solution you can increase or reduce the downforce on the rear axle based on your demands and optimise in this way the aero-balance and driving behaviour of your car.

 

Because of the special design with 8 dedicated steps (one hole for each step), the JUBU brackets prevent the wing from unwanted alternations during high-speed driving (in comparison to other, stepless adjustable solutions on the market). The JUBU design also ensures a precise reproduction of a downforce setup again and again.

 

During CFD-simulations we found out, that the Cup 430 wing works better when it is moved a little bit up and backwards on the car, this is why we have designed our stays this way. With the JUBU stays, the wing will move upwards and backwards to be more efficient.

• 8-step adjustable tilt of the Cup 430 wing (+/-1,33° per step) at the wing bracket. Depending on the chosen tilt, the wing will generate more or less downforce (4 steps more aggressie than OEM, 1 step OEM, 3 steps less aggressive than OEM) for a perfect balanced setup
