JUBU Emira 500 Power upgrade
for Emira V6
The JUBU Emira 500 power upgrade transforms the Emira standard engine into a fully built race engine. We change or upgrade many parts (pistons, rods, bearings, etc.) and all crucial periphery (cooling system, etc.) against especially designed and very robust motorsport-proven components or adapt/reinforce the OEM-components significantely.
Despite this major upgrade and a power output of 500 hp, there are absolutely no durability/reliability issues, because all components we use are designed und tested for power outputs of 700+ hp (e.g.: JP ZERO with 750 hp or Radford P62 Pikes Peak with 700hp).
The kit comes in OEM-quality, all OEM-features of the car remain untouched and stay fully functional. The carbon Airbox is the only visible modification in the engine bay. All components match precisely and are well tuned, so even cold start and ideling sound and feel like in the original car.
The everyday suitability remains fully intact - but within the blink of an eye you can switch the car to a true monster on tracks.

Tech-Info: The standard valve springs, are already overstretched when rev. 300-500 rpm higher than redline. This would cause mechanical contact of valves and pistons which and lead to major damage. Therefore, we install the JUBU valve spring upgrade with every Emira 500 performance upgrade. This includes 24 reinforced valve springs and the installation in the already dismantled cylinder heads, including grinding in the valves and replacing the valve stem seals.
NOTE: The use of high-quality fuel (min. 98 octane) is mandatory.
NOTE: The installation takes place at JUBU Performance in Münzbach, Austria and will need 5-7 working days. Optional assembly is possible worldwide, executed by JUBU staff or certified partners.
