The Achilles heel of the Exige S2 with supercharged engine is the excessively high charge air temperature. Such high temperatures damage the engines and lead to ‘bell damage’, burnt catalytic converters and burnt-out end pots.
With our system, the front clam is removed and the water intercooler (same size as the water cooler - only thinner) is mounted under the water cooler. This is also possible for vehicles with air conditioning! Significant aerodynamic advantages in the inflow behaviour of the air into the crash box or through the radiator.
