JUBU high-strength steel flywheel with integrated starter ring
The OEM flywheel fitted as standard in Lotus vehicles was originally designed for use in Toyota’s everyday models. The OEM component is unnecessarily heavy (which compromises the engine’s agility)
The high-strength JUBU steel flywheel with integrated starter ring gear solves this problem and is designed from the ground up to withstand higher loads and revs. Despite its greater durability, we have managed to reduce the weight of the JUBU steel flywheel with integrated starter ring (-2.12 kg compared to the OEM part) – this gives the engine greater responsiveness and agility without the need for any further tuning. The JUBU steel flywheel can be fitted as a plug-and-play replacement for the OEM component (on all vehicles with a Lotus OEM clutch).
