JUBU HJS HD sports catalytic converter
The JUBU HJS HD Sport catalytic converter was developed by us specifically for the Lotus Emira V6 exhaust system. The cones were designed using CFD simulation and optimised in numerous test runs on the test bench to ensure that they work as efficiently as possible with the 200-cell HJS monoliths used, with minimal flow losses.

- Design developed using CFD simulation, tested and optimised on the test bench and race track.
- Optimum angles and diameters of the cones.
- Precise and formed welded (resulting in round, flow-optimised weld seams without burrs inside the pipe)
- Unlike many other manufacturers' products, the individual elements of the JUBU HJS HD Sport catalytic converter are not inserted into each other before welding (which is unfavourable for flow), but are joined together butt-to-butt without gaps (flow-optimised and weight-optimised)

ATTENTION: When using a flow-optimised HD sports catalytic converter, it is essential to adjust the ECU software – without this adjustment, serious engine damage may occur! Our specialists will be happy to assist you in optimising the ECU mapping of your vehicle.
