JUBU OEM cylinder heads 2GR-FE refurbed
We offer an inexpensive alternative to the almost unaffordable original Lotus/Toyota cylinder heads.
The cylinder heads are removed from functioning engines and completely reconditioned. (Water/glass bead blasting, all flat surfaces machined and the heads are pressure tested on the water side)
JUBU refurbished cylinder heads are significantly higher quality than new original cylinder heads thanks to their CNC multi-angle contour and CNC valve guides made from special materials.

Scope of delivery
- 2 pcs JUBU refurbished cylinder heads V6 (bank 1 and bank 2)
- CNC machining of valve seats to standard valve diameter
- CNC cutting of all (24) inlet and outlet seat rings with special contour (multi-angle seat)
- Renewal of all (24 pcs) CNC valve guides made of a copper/nickel/aluminium alloy (motorsport quality)
- Minimal planing of cylinder heads and all sealing flanges (intake and exhaust)
- Cleaning of cylinder heads using ultrasound
- Blasting of cylinder head (using water/glass bead process) – the surface is very similar to the OEM finish.

The parts are always cleaned for installation. However, please note that the components may become contaminated during shipping/packaging or when the package is opened by customs! Therefore, please clean and check the parts again immediately before installation!
