JUBU steel sports camshafts are made from high-strength special steel. The cams are designed to be narrower and the camshafts are supplied with hollow drilling. This results in an enormous weight saving of 360 g per camshaft.

The ultra-light JUBU sports camshafts provide a substantial performance boost of up to 20-40 hp (depending on the camshaft variant, engine, control system and setup).

In many models, the machined JUBU Sport camshafts 500 run without any adjustment to the original control unit (in some models, an adjustment is necessary – this can be carried out at our premises). The idle speed is only minimally increased after machining 500.

The 600 sports camshafts run more roughly – however, an exhaust emission test in accordance with 57a, AU/HA and MFK is possible here. This depends heavily on the setting and tuning of the ECU.

ATTENTION: When using engines with JUBU sports camshafts in track day or racing operation, reinforced valve springs are absolutely necessary. If your engine does not have these reinforced valve springs, you can order them under ‘Additional options’.
