JUBU sports cat mock up - pre silencer
Just like the JUBU Cat Replacement Pipe, the JUBU Sport Cat Dummy (pre-silencer) has been specially developed by us for the Lotus Emira V6 exhaust system. The cones were designed using CFD simulation and optimised during numerous test runs on the dynamometer to minimise flow losses.

Product details
- Replaces the after-cat on original vehicles (or the JUBU sports cat in cases of excessive track use)
- Design developed using CFD simulation, tested and optimised on the test bench and racetrack
- Precise and formed welding (resulting in round, flow-optimised weld seams without burrs, even inside the pipe)
- Unlike products from many other manufacturers, the individual elements of the JUBU Sport Cat Dummy (pre-silencer) are not inserted into one another before welding (which is unfavourable for flow), but are joined together butt-welded without gaps (aero-dynamically efficient and weight-optimised)

Motorsport part – Not road-legal – not permitted under the Road Traffic Regulations!
The replacement cat pipe or the JUBU sports cat dummy can be used without modifying the ECU. However, this only applies when using OEM manifolds. If the catalysers are removed from the original manifolds or replaced with 3-1 split manifolds, an ECU adjustment is absolutely essential! Otherwise, engine damage is inevitable!
