OMP Steering wheel with Krontec Quickout-release (Suedeleather)
The OMP steering wheel with Krontec Quickout lock is a very good and above all long-lasting solution for sportier driving. The geometry/position of the driver/steering wheel is optimized with this steering wheel and can be individually adjusted. The simple removal of the steering wheel using the Quickout lock also makes it much easier to get in and out of the car.
The Quickout lock used is supplied by Krontec. Thanks to the special cone system patented by Krontec, the lock is very robust and remains play-free and ready for use for years, even under the toughest conditions. This is one of the reasons why the Krontec system is also widely used in professional factory motorsport. Other, conventional systems work with a toothed connection which wears out more quickly, acquires play over time and then has to be replaced.
A Krontec lock is considered the gold standard in motorsport and is generally highly recommended. This steering wheel is supplied by us as a ready-to-install, pre-assembled plug & play kit.
