Our engineering department frequently supports automotive development projects, car manufacturers and motorsport teams with various services. Depending on the brief, we develop, build and test specific components or even whole cars for our clients. With more than 20 years of experience and a JUBU built winner car at the Pikes Peak Hillclimb, we are confident to be able to service you well with your automotive project.

Automotive Engineering

Our engineers support automotive projects, motorsport teams and car manufacturers with various development services. Our team acts very agile and benefits from our state-of-the-art test & development facilities, our rapid prototyping studio as well as from our in-house production department. This ensures professional but also fast solutions.

We can develop, produce and test single components or even develop and build a whole car based on your ideas (prototype or small series production).

Troubleshooting

Technical challenges and dead ends are pretty common In ambitious automotive projects. We frequently act as troubleshooter or additional force for clients - to find professional solutions for various problems in a quick and efficient way.

Our experienced team, our in-house-production as well as our test-facilities on site make quick wins possible - even under high pressure circumstances. We are especially renound for our capabilities on the sector of automotive electronics integration.

Showcase: JP ZERO GT2

JP ZERO GT2 prolongues the glorious hertitage of Lotus based race cars. The optics is a hommage to the stunning Exige, but its full carbon bodywork is wider and lighter (car weight: 960kg), the car geometry and aero is highly sophisticated and the drivetrain offers up to 750 horsepower.

The race variant makes a serious competitor for any other GT2 car, the track variant comes as an an ultimate, but also pretty affordable track-tool. All JP ZERO cars are handbuilt in our production facilities in Muenzbach, Austria and can be customized on purpose.

Showcase: Radford P62-2 sportscar

The Lotus Radford P62-2 is a hommage to the legendary design of the Lotus P62 from the sixties. Beneath the retro-inspired coachbuilt, this supercar comes with state of the art technology.

JUBU has been involved in this project of F1-Champion Jenson Button from the beginning and was able to push the project forward in many ways. We've also developed and built the 600 hp drivetrain of the top-spec variant of this stunning car.

Showcase: Radford P62-2 Pikes Peak Special

For the P62-2 Pikes Peak Special we've developed and built a 700 hp high-end drivetrain. In addition, the team around F1-Champion Jenson Button trusted us with the build of the car (rolling chassis) at our HQ in Muenzbach, Austria.

With a very short timeframe and less budget than the competing teams of big OEMs, it was quite a challenge for the whole crew - but it paid off. The car finished P1 in exhibition class (P8 overall) at the Pikes Peak International Hillclimb 2023.

Showcase: Emira 600 Clubsport

The JUBU Clubsport pack for the Emira transforms this Lotus sportscar model into a proper supercar.

Every relevant component gets upgraded, the re-engineered, high performance powertrain comes with 600hp / 620 Nm. Many lightweight parts save app.120kg of weight. A new suspension, proper brakes, a sophisticated aero-package and many more upgrades are also part of this pack.

Despite unleashing impressive performance, reliability and drivability stay fully intact - so the Emira CS remains a real daily driver but is ready to hit the track on any given time.
